Job summary

RED APPLE SERVICES LLC in Riverview, FL is seeking a Part-Time Night Custodian to maintain clean, safe facilities. The role involves interior cleaning of hallways, restrooms, offices, classrooms and a multipurpose room, plus exterior upkeep and waste removal.

You will follow safety procedures and support the Head Custodian as needed. The position requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year janitorial experience, with duties across classrooms, cafeteria and common areas.

Qualifications

• Education: minimum high school graduate with continuing education in construction or facilities related.
• Experience: minimum 1 year of janitorial trade experience.
• Special Qualifications: must possess the above knowledge, skills, and abilities (Skills and Knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas: interior hallways, restrooms, offices, classrooms, multipurpose room, and other areas as assigned by supervisor.
• Exterior: perimeter of the building, parking lot, playground, windows, and other areas as assigned by supervisor.
• Empty trash from all trash receptacles.
• Dust FF&E, window sills, air vents and other areas as assigned by supervisor.
• Clean and sterilize restroom facilities.
• Remove waste in cafeteria and assist with cleaning cafeteria tables.
