Responsibilities

• Clean and preserve designated spaces, restrooms, classrooms, offices and common areas.
• Maintain grounds and perform seasonal ground work (snow removal, lawn care, landscaping).
• Restock supplies and keep inventory records; request additional supplies as needed.
• Assist visitors and staff with directions and facility use; report damages and maintenance needs.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance; operate hand and power tools safely.
• Promote energy conservation by turning off lights and managing thermostats.
