• Able to read, write, and understand English; computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the building in the absence of the engineer.
• Perform general cleaning: sweeping, waste disposal, toilets, and dispensers.
• Clean light fixtures and replace bulbs; rearrange furniture for events.
• Mow grass, weed, trim; keep walks and entries icy-free.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and delivering supplies.
• Respond to alarm calls; assist with additional requests from admin.
• Work under minimal instruction after indoctrination period.
