Job summary

ServiceFM is seeking a dependable custodian to perform general cleaning and floor care at an educational facility in Nashville, TN. The role requires evening hours and supports daily operations to maintain a safe, clean environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. You'll work 40+ hours per week, Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Reliable, dependable, and committed to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic smartphone or computer skills to record work hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, gyms, and common areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, and mop floors (wet and dry).
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, doors, and other interior surfaces.
• Remove debris from building entrances and surrounding grounds.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, and furniture for school events.
• Perform periodic floor care and carpet maintenance during school breaks.
• Porter duties including moving boxes, furniture, and supplies.
• Follow company safety procedures, cleaning standards, and quality expectations.
