Job summary

The Town of Wellesley is seeking full-time custodians for the Middle School building. You will perform cleaning, minor maintenance, landscaping/grounds work, event setup, building security, and snow/ice response, with weekend and standby duties as needed.

New hires receive comprehensive training and work under the supervision of a Facility Supervisor. Prior custodial experience is not required but preferred; a valid MA driver's license and a High School diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Valid MA Driver's license.
• Willingness to work weekends and standby shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings and perform minor maintenance.
• Landscape/grounds work and event setup.
• Maintain building security and assist with snow/ice response.
