Marlborough Public Schools is seeking a Custodian - Houseworker for Whitcomb Middle School in Marlborough, MA. The evening shift runs Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with a training period of the same hours.

Summer hours include 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional weekends during summer. Starting FY27 salary is $50,158 plus a 7% nightly differential and a raise after six consecutive months of service; year‑round, full‑time position for 2026‑2027.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Physical and mental capabilities to perform duties as described.
• Any approved alternatives as determined by the Superintendent of Schools.

Responsabilités

• Grounds upkeep and snow removal.
• Perform other general duties as directed by the Principal or Custodial Supervisor and Marlborough School Committee policies.
