Job summary

Bellevue East High School seeks a custodian for a 40-hour workweek to maintain the care of assigned areas, grounds, and equipment. Responsibilities include cleaning, lifting, following directions, and assisting with setup/teardown for events. Duties may include mowing, hedge trimming, and snow removal as needed.

Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm. Applicants should enjoy working with children and be able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with others as a team.
• Fundamental cleaning skills required.
• Ability to lift and setup/teardown for events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general care and upkeep of assigned areas, buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Follow directions from custodial leader and building administrator.
• Assist with maintenance support and event setup/teardown as needed.
• Possibly mow, trim hedges, and snow removal as duties require.
