Qualifications

• Two years’ experience or the equivalent in custodial services.
• Knowledge and experience in custodial operations.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret written information.
• Team-oriented with professional relationships.
• Basic computer skills including email and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning routes and perform daily custodial tasks.
• Handle minor maintenance: painting, plumbing, bulb changes.
• Follow safety regulations for equipment and chemicals.
• Set up tables/chairs for events and move furniture as directed.
• Monitor safety and respond to building alarms as needed.
• Assist with trash disposal and routine upkeep.
