Rockwood Summit High School is seeking an Evening Custodian to maintain a clean and safe learning environment. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting restrooms, and keeping entryways secure throughout a 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift.

The position supports school operations and events while following safety procedures. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred, ability to read safety data sheets, and basic math for chemical dilution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to understand and use safety data sheets for supplies and equipment.
• Basic math to follow chemical dilution labels.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors with appropriate equipment.
• Keep building secured and clean after meals.
• Disinfect restrooms and clean surfaces in classrooms and common areas.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning for school functions and events.
• Deliver packages and materials as needed.
