Job summary

PTFS, a Maryland-based provider of digital archiving and library solutions, is seeking an entry-level 2nd Shift Scanner Operator (Level I) in Rockville, MD. The role supports high-quality digitization in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and client expectations.

The 2nd shift runs 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and the position requires attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Education - High school diploma (at the minimum) or other related experience.
• Knowledge of Windows and Windows based applications; English language proficiency.
• General scanning workflow knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attention to detail and ability to recognize errors and discrepancies.
• Ability to take and follow directions and learn new processes.
• Lift/carry items up to 30 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
