Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, VA, is seeking a Safety Partner for the full-time evening shift. The role supports a safe hospital environment for patients at risk of suicide, falls, wandering, or self-harm, and helps implement safety protocols during the shift.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; BLS within 90 days. Prior healthcare experience is preferred, and a safety partner training course will be provided during orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in maintaining a safe hospital environment for at-risk patients (suicide, falls, wandering, agitation, self-harm).
• Support implementation of safety protocols and care plans for at-risk individuals.
