Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a Lead Service Valet to support service coverage, quality control, and team development at apartment communities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this hands-on role leads the team on service routes and addresses field issues.

It serves as a stepping-stone to the Area Leader position, with opportunities to train, audit, and improve processes while staying active outdoors and collaborating with peers and clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle (open-bed pickup or trailer).
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience in logistics, valet trash, or field services preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and split shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cover Area Leader duties during absences and manage assigned service areas.
• Train and support Service Valets; complete handoffs and onboarding as needed.
• Conduct audits to assess service quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Fill in on trash collection routes when needed due to absences or high volume.
• Respond to service issues quickly and elevate complex problems.
• Identify trends, prevent recurring issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Provide support across multiple districts as business needs change.
