Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a Lead Service Valet to oversee service coverage and quality at apartment communities. You will step into Area Leader duties during absences, train Valets, and conduct audits to ensure safety and efficiency while supporting multiple districts.

Your role involves filling in on routes when volume is high, responding quickly to issues, spotting trends, and driving process improvements. This is a customer‑facing, outdoor role with flexible evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle (open-bed pickup or trailer).
• Smartphone with data plan for our mobile app.

Responsibilities

• Cover Area Leader duties during absences and manage assigned service areas.
• Train and support Service Valets; onboarding as needed.
• Conduct audits to assess service quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Fill in on trash collection routes when needed due to absences or high volume.
• Respond to service issues quickly and escalate complex problems.
• Identify trends, prevent recurring issues, and suggest process improvements.
• Provide support across multiple districts as business needs change.
• Help with container delivery, new client launches, and community events.
• Maintain positive relationships with peers, leadership, and client contacts.
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, and personnel concerns.
