Nebraska Methodist Health System in Omaha, NE is seeking a Room Service Ambassador (Casual) for the evenings to provide compassionate, patient-centered meal delivery and support. This casual, as-needed role requires a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

The position involves preparing and delivering patient trays, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe service area while following hospital policies. Weekend availability may be required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of food service experience preferred.
• Food Handler's Certificate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares area for room service tray production and conducts quality checks.
• Maintains adequate food and supply levels for service.
• Assembles and delivers patient food trays to rooms following guidelines.
• Assists with preparation of food items to ensure timely service.
• Interacts with patients, families, staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Follows food handling procedures for safe, sanitary service.
