Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a Room Service Representative for Methodist Women's Hospital in Elkhorn, NE. The role handles inbound calls, inputs room service orders in CBORD, and ensures meals align with physician diets.

Casual position with 6:30am-3pm or 2pm-9pm shifts; weekend availability required; HS diploma preferred; prior customer service experience preferred; Food Handler's Certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months customer service experience preferred, preferably in hospitality.
• 6 months telemarketing experience preferred.
• Food Handler's Certificate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls to assist with Room Service orders.
• Enter Room Service orders in CBORD accurately and follow diet guidelines.
• Enter diet orders from Cerner and Dietitians into CBORD correctly.
• Maintain reports and records to ensure accurate meals and timely delivery.
• Assist patients with Room Service questions and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Support staff with room service operations and dietary needs.
