Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a detail-oriented Evening Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will focus on turndown service and maintain high standards of room cleanliness throughout your shift, contributing to a seamless guest experience in a luxury urban resort.

The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for cleanliness, presentation and organization
• Able to work independently and complete assignments efficiently with minimal supervision
• Warm, professional and comfortable interacting with guests
• Able to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the role throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, lifting and pushing housekeeping carts
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Responsabilités

• Provide evening turndown service, thoughtfully preparing guest rooms for a comfortable and relaxing night
• Clean, refresh and service guest rooms according to Hotel Bardo standards
• Replenish linens, towels, guest amenities and other in-room supplies as needed
• Complete assigned room attendant responsibilities, including full room cleaning when required
• Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism and a sense of urgency
• Identify and communicate maintenance, cleanliness or guest concerns to the appropriate team
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies and work areas in a clean and organized manner
• Work closely with Housekeeping and other hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
