Job summary

Hotel Bardo Savannah, operated by LEFT LANE Hospitality Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Evening Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. Focused on turndown service, you will prepare guest rooms for an inviting evening and support the full range of room attendant duties throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate takes pride in pristine rooms, works efficiently and independently, and thrives in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for cleanliness, presentation and organization.
• Able to work independently and complete assignments efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Warm, professional and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Able to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the role throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, lifting and pushing housekeeping carts.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening turndown service, thoughtfully preparing guest rooms for a comfortable and relaxing night.
• Clean, refresh and service guest rooms according to Hotel Bardo standards.
• Replenish linens, towels, guest amenities and other in-room supplies as needed.
• Complete assigned room attendant responsibilities, including full room cleaning when required.
• Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism and a sense of urgency.
• Identify and communicate maintenance, cleanliness or guest concerns to the appropriate team.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Work closely with Housekeeping and other hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

About the role

Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven Evening Room Attendant , focusing on Turndown Service, to join our Housekeeping team at our luxury urban resort. This role is responsible for preparing guest rooms for a comfortable evening through thoughtful turndown service, while also supporting the full range of room attendant responsibilities throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate takes pride in the details, works efficiently and independently, and understands how a beautifully prepared guest room can elevate the overall experience.

This is an onsite evening position located at Hotel Bardo Savannah.

What you'll do

• Provide evening turndown service, thoughtfully preparing guest rooms for a comfortable and relaxing night
• Clean, refresh and service guest rooms according to Hotel Bardo standards
• Replenish linens, towels, guest amenities and other in-room supplies as needed
