Apploi seeks an Evening RN Supervisor for a nursing home in Auburn, NY. The role leads clinical staff, maintains regulatory compliance, and provides clinical leadership to solve problems across the facility.

The candidate must hold a NYS RN license with at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, and be proficient in staff scheduling, training delivery, and quality assurance. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to supervise staff across a facility without unit-based management.
• Knowledge of NYS and Federal nursing home regulations.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving.
• Evaluate and schedule in-services/training as needed.
• Ensure department activities and records are in adherence to AAAHC and licensing/regulatory requirements.
• Provide opportunities for professional development and training to improve nursing skills and knowledge.
• Address staffing concerns, handle disciplinary actions, and mediate conflicts.
