Little Flower Manor, a nonprofit long-term care facility in Darby, PA, seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for the Evening Shift (2:45pm–11:15pm). The full-time leadership role provides clinical oversight, supports staff, and ensures high-quality resident care across skilled nursing units.

Qualifications

• Current PA Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff.
• Oversee resident admissions, including assessments and coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Manage resident discharges with proper documentation and transition planning.
• Assist in care planning ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Ensure high-quality resident care aligned with DOH/CMS standards.
• Coordinate staffing and workflow for adequate coverage.
• Mentor and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Respond to resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
