Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows-based word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily clinical rounds and assess residents' health status.
• Coordinate direct resident care including care plans, assessments, medication review and orders.
• Monitor health status of at-risk residents and follow physician orders.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers within Judson Park and other campuses.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation by staff.
