The Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes Board is hiring an RN Supervisor for our new veterans’ skilled nursing facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. You will provide direct and individualized nursing care, work with the nursing team to assess resident needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

This 36-hour-per-week role features 12-hour rotating night shifts from 7pm to 7am, with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license.

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to assess resident needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions.
