Job summary

Sunnyside Care Center in New York is seeking an RN Evening Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care for an 80-bed facility. You will plan, organize and supervise day-to-day nursing activities, ensuring quality care, safety and patient comfort.

The role requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing in long-term care and supervisory experience, with NYS RN licensure. Competitive wage and benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in long-term care setting.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Licensed in NYS as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and supervise day-to-day nursing activities of an 80-bed facility.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, privacy, care and cleanliness.
• Attend management meetings, care plan meetings and other clinical meetings.
• Coordinate unit's workflow and ensure QA processes are followed.
