Job summary

Cartersville Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of nursing care, assess resident needs, and supervise LPNs and CNAs on the 3pm-11pm shift. You will lead interdisciplinary care planning, drive quality measures and performance improvement, collaborate with the DON and Unit Manager, and provide educational leadership to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in GA.
• Experience leading nursing teams and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care delivery and supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Assist with staffing decisions, interviews, hires, and orientation.
• Lead interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure QM/QI reporting derived from RAI/MDS is accurate.
• Collaborate with DON and Unit Manager to implement a comprehensive program.
