The Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing is hiring an RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure high quality resident care. You will assess needs, administer and evaluate care, and align efforts with the DON and Unit Manager.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in GA
• Rehab/Short Stay experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to supervise LPNs and CNAs

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of nursing care to residents.
• Assess resident needs and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with DON and Unit Manager to implement nursing program.
• Prepare reports on QM/QI indicators and trends.
• Lead educational initiatives for staff and participate in quality improvement.
