Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Lake Zephyr in Zephyrhills, FL, seeks an RN Supervisor with Administrative Duties for evening shifts to lead the nursing team. You will oversee nursing process, assessments, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary staff in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and center policies.

Requires FL RN license, CPR, BLS, IV certification, and 2 years as RN with 1 year supervisory experience. Competitive benefits and ongoing professional growth offered.

Qualifications

Currently licensed as RN in Florida.
Must have and maintain CPR certification.
Two years’ experience as a RN with 1 year nursing supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The RN Supervisor with Administrative Duties assists in managing the nursing department during evenings.
Oversees the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Coordinates resource utilization, care interventions and interdisciplinary communication.
Reports data trends and manages the nursing department in the absence of the DON/ADON.
