Qualifications
- Currently licensed as RN or LPN in Florida.
- Must have and maintain CPR certification.
- Two years’ experience as RN/LPN with 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to speak and understand English and work with diverse residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the nursing department for weekends.
- Conduct the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
- Coordinate resource utilization and interdisciplinary communication.
- Collect, trend, analyze and report data; act in the DON/ADON absence.
