Medstaff Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as RN Supervisor for the evening shift at our Monsey, NY facility. The role focuses on leadership, staff guidance, and ensuring high-quality resident care during the evening hours.

You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate resident care, promote safety and person-centered care, and collaborate with families and the care team. This full-time position offers hourly pay of $52–$54 plus health and dental insurance and paid time

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Extensive long-term care experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage shift in a fast-paced care setting.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the evening shift.
• Coordinate resident care and respond to clinical needs and changes in condition.
• Provide guidance to staff and promote consistent, person-centered care.
• Communicate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Support timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Help ensure care plans, safety procedures, and applicable requirements are followed.
• Address concerns and elevate clinical issues as appropriate.
