Job summary

The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Boca Raton, FL. The RN will oversee standards of nursing practice, perform assessments, coordinate care, and supervise shifts while ensuring high-quality resident care.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, NY state licensure, and leadership experience. MS/BS degree preferred; benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in New York State.
• Experience with clinical leadership and aging population.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining, maintaining, and interpreting standards of practice.
• Perform assessment and intervention per guidelines.
• Coordinate/Prepare MDS schedules and complete MDS Booklet.
• Ensure medication administration accuracy and report incidents.
• Direct nursing shifts and supervise LPNs/CNAs.
