Join Hampden Post Acute as an RN Supervisor for a full-time 3 pm to 11 pm shift with no weekend work. The role emphasizes strong clinical leadership to ensure safe, high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance within a 135-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Massachusetts.

The RN Supervisor will provide leadership to nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
