Job summary

Complete Care at Bayshore in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3p–11p shift. If you’re an experienced RN with leadership skills, this is a rewarding opportunity to guide a nursing team and ensure high-quality care for residents.

You will supervise staff, monitor medication administration, conduct rounds, and collaborate with the leadership team to maintain compliance and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift.
• Monitor medication administration and other resident care activities.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit throughout the shift.
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Work closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
