Job summary

Oak Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift on-site. The RN will deliver patient-centered nursing care, supervise CNAs, manage admission/discharge processes, and coordinate with physicians and health teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications include RN license in PA, BCLS, and skilled-nursing facility experience. This role emphasizes leadership, care planning, and adherence to nursing standards in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid PA RN License.
• Current AHA health care provider training (BCLS).
• Demonstrated experience within a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Administer and document medications and treatments.
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce health care instructions to patients and families.
• Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff at bedside.
