TalentBurst is hiring an RN Nursing Supervisor to support the Center Nurse Executive in delivering safe, efficient nursing care for a designated shift. The role is onsite in Carlisle, PA with a 5-week assignment starting 10/22/2026, working 8 hours daily from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and guaranteeing 40 hours per week.

The Nursing Supervisor will coordinate clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining patient/family and staff satisfaction during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Center Nurse Executive to maintain nursing coverage 24/7.
• Limits overtime and agency staffing where possible.
• Participates in staff recruitment and selection.
• Assesses staff performance against job descriptions and care standards.
• Supports performance improvement plans and initiates disciplinary actions when needed.
• Recommends promotions, transfers and terminations.
