Job summary

Quality Correctional Health Care seeks an RN Site Administrator for Hamilton County on the evening shift. The role manages operations, staffing, and nursing standards, reporting to the Regional Director of Nursing.

Pay rate is $47/hr with a $3.00/hr shift differential, emphasizing staff development and policy implementation. Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), current TN nursing license, CPR, and 3+ years nursing with admin experience; correctional

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Formulate staffing patterns to meet contract requirements.
Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure documentation completion.
Assess clinical skills and provide education to staff to address deficiencies.
Ensure nursing activities follow standards and regulations and complete daily tasks on time.
Plan and participate in development of nursing policies and procedures.
Assist with budget planning and operate within budget goals.
Submit weekly and monthly reports to corporate.
Participate in CQI activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
