Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for the Northeast Correctional Complex in Mountain City, TN. The day shift RN provides holistic care to incarcerated patients under the Nursing Director and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address comprehensive health needs.

The role requires a Tennessee RN license (or ability to obtain), CPR, and willingness to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

Tennessee RN license or ability to obtain license.
Current CPR.
Corrections experience not required.
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide holistic nursing care within the applicable scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Identify, assess and respond to physical, psychological and social needs of the patient.
