Aufgaben

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Administer medications accurately following guidelines and policies.
• Provide care per individualized care plans and document outcomes.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, homelike environment while addressing physical and psychosocial needs.
• Support resident independence and meaningful daily activities.
