Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota (unencumbered)
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
• Multistate licensure if in an NLC state

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and educate residents; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and compliance with standards of practice.
