Keswick is seeking a dedicated RN for Short-Term Rehab/Sub-Acute in Baltimore, MD. Full-time evening shift with a weekend differential and opportunities for PRN and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited RN Nursing program; RN licensure required (Maryland)
• Current BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of prior continual experience in long-term care, 2+ years preferred
• One year of recent Med-Surg experience required for Baker Rehab assignment

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care according to established standards and care plans
• Function as shift Charge Nurse as assigned and oversee care delivery
• Conduct resident/patient assessments at admission and per unit standards
• Maintain clinical records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Transcribe physicians' orders and administer medications as required
• Complete documentation for admissions, transfers and discharges
