Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries' Concordia at Rebecca Residence in Allison Park seeks a dedicated RN to serve as 2pm-10:30pm supervisor. This full-time position includes rotating weekends, no on-call requirements, and offers a supportive team environment focused on compassionate resident care.

The RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership, coordinates all aspects of resident care, mentors staff, and communicates with Administration, physicians, families, and other providers to ensure timely care,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse.
• Demonstration of leadership ability.
• Ability to verbally communicate resident status/changes in condition.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage nursing staff to provide quality resident care.
• Coordinate all aspects of resident care and ensure interdepartmental cooperation.
• Communicate pertinent information to Administration, Physicians, Families, Consultants, and other service providers.
