Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Society Auburn is responsible for applying the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Evening shift, full-time, 40 hours weekly. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks; adheres to state practice rules and ethical standards; participates in care coordination and resident education.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• RN license in the state of practice and ongoing competencies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate resident care with family and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
