Job summary

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process for Auburn, NE residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care, while maintaining standards and safety.

The role may involve serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe, high-quality care and compliance with licensure and ethics guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in the practicing state or multi-state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and other professionals.
• Serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
