Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• 1 year of long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred.
• Certification: CPR; IV therapy certification preferred.
• Compliance with state CEU requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care per Nurse Practice Act and DPH regulations.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
