Job summary

The Briarwood Community in Worcester, MA, is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN for the Subacute 7am-3pm shift. The role provides compassionate nursing care with a stable team and strong leadership support.

Eligible candidates are graduates of an accredited program with MA licensure (LPN or RN), CPT/IV certs preferred, and a willingness to work in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program.
• Current Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN).
• Long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred (new grads welcome!).
• Current CPR certification; IV therapy certification preferred
• Compliance with state CEU requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care under the Nurse Manager and with CNAs support.
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes
