Keswick Multicare Inc. in Baltimore, MD, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Rehab/Sub-Acute unit. Now hiring for Full-Time Evenings, 3 pm to 11:30 pm, with a $36–$50 hourly rate plus shift and weekend differentials. Part-time evening shifts available with weekend requirements and $7/hour shift diff.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited RN Nursing program; RN curriculum required.
• Active RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing; no disciplinary infractions.
• Current BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of prior continual long-term care experience; 2+ years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing care per established standards and individualized care plans.
• Serve as shift Charge Nurse and oversee care delivery.
• Perform resident/patient assessments on admission and per unit standards.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance during rounds.
• Maintain clinical records per policies; update as needed.
• Transcribe physicians' orders to charts and medication records.
• Administer medications and treatments per regulations.
• Complete admission, transfer, and discharge documentation.

Conocimientos

Active RN licensure

Current BLS certification

1 year long-term care experience
