Job summary

Fairview Northland Medical Center in Princeton, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Med/Surg unit. The role includes 12-hour evening shifts on a 0.75 FTE basis with every third weekend and holiday rotation, serving a broad community with comprehensive benefits and parking opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold MN RN licensure, acute care experience, and required certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS/ENPC, BLS).

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license in good standing.
• One-year acute care experience, ED Experience Preferred.
• ACLS and TNCC required upon hire or obtained within 1 year.
• PALS or ENPC current or obtained within 1 year of hire.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care.
• Develop individualized plan of care and implement interventions.
• Coordinate care with health care team and delegate as appropriate.
• Evaluate patient response to interventions and ensure safety.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
