Stratford Specialty Care in Stratford, IA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time or part-time night shifts (6pm–6am). Join a 53-bed long-term care skilled nursing community focused on compassionate resident care and teamwork across a network of facilities in Iowa.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current valid RN license in Iowa or activation possible.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and interdisciplinary team to promote teamwork and high-quality care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
