Bedford Hills Center in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Evening Supervisor for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. This leadership role oversees nursing operations, supports staff, and promotes a positive clinical environment to deliver high-quality resident care.

The position is exempt, schedule Monday–Friday with on-call participation. Compensation for LPNs ranges from $82,000 to $100,000 and for RNs from $97,000 to $117,000, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervising nursing staff and daily clinical operations during the evening shift.
• Ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Providing clinical guidance and support to nursing team members.
• Responding to resident, family, and staff concerns.
• Assisting with admissions, assessments, and care planning as needed.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Participating in facility on-call rotation.
