This exempt role provides clinical leadership, supports staff, oversees admissions, assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance while promoting a positive clinical environment.

Candidates must hold an RN or LPN license (multistate compact) with NH authority; prior supervisory or charge nurse

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with NH authority.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily clinical operations during the evening shift.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing team members.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and care planning as needed.
