Job summary

Vincentian Home in Pittsburgh, PA seeks an RN or LPN to join our compassionate nursing team. This full-time role covers 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday, and involves hands-on, resident-centered care in a 24-hour facility.

You will assess residents, implement care plans, review orders, maintain records, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality care while upholding dignity and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license in good standing required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care desirable.
• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide and supervise resident care within licensed scope.
• Review physician orders, medications, diets, and treatments.
• Maintain resident records including MARs and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the nursing team to coordinate care.
• Orient and train new nursing staff and supervise others.
