Qualifications

• Current and in good standing RN licensure in Missouri.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer and reposition patients; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including medications, wound care, and managing conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, and communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal care and service.
