Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in patient care settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care per standards and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and report condition changes with documentation.
• Document assessments in EMR per nursing practices.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Transcribe and execute physician orders; implement care plans.
• Direct and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care.
